- For some reason, the author no longer wants people to use the package unless
- they are willing to participate in beta or alpha testing by comunicating with
- him regularly about new bugs or suggestions. For that reason, he may have
- stopped distibuting to multiple sites. The main site is ftp.usma.edu. Thats
- where you'll find the latest version.

- when dave says the second i think he's refering to me. i spent probably a week
- trying to get that thing to work and bugging dave with e-mail of my problems.
- i had the same prob. to get it to work. make sure you set the queue on there
- system to the same name you have for the remopte queue.
- also make sure you have their printer driver installed on your computer and
- set up on that queue. next install the newest ver of dave's lpd(1.1 i believe)
- this one (when i installed it) works great no probs at all. the only thing i
- could come up with is that possibly i was trying to print out of write
- (windows) and that wasn't text so it wouldn't do it but the new ver dose
- postscript so thats fixed. try that and it should work.
- i think dave put it on sunsight if not its on b61503.student.cwru.edu
- in the winsock dir.(its my little ftp server but i know its up on there(thanks
- to alun for the ftp software) also if anyone reading this has winirc could you
- please ftp it to the uploads dir. i can't find that prg. anywhere and on the
- before string about it i couldn't find it on that sight.
- hope this helps.
